Shaquille O'Neal, also known as Shaq, is widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He was a dominant center who played for six teams over his 19-year NBA career, winning four championships with the Los Angeles Lakers and Miami Heat. O'Neal quickly made his impact felt in the NBA. He was named Rookie of the Year in 1993 and averaged 23.4 points and 13.9 rebounds per game for the Magic. In 1995, O'Neal led the Magic to their first NBA Finals appearance, where they lost to the Houston Rockets in six games.


In 1996, O'Neal signed with the Los Angeles Lakers. He formed a dominant duo with Kobe Bryant and led the Lakers to three consecutive NBA championships from 2000 to 2002. O'Neal was named NBA Finals MVP each time.


In 2004, O'Neal was traded to the Miami Heat. He teamed up with Dwyane Wade to lead the Heat to the NBA championship in 2006. O'Neal was again named NBA Finals MVP.


O'Neal finished his career with the Phoenix Suns, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Boston Celtics. He retired in 2011 with 28,596 points and 13,099 rebounds, both of which rank among the top 10 in NBA history.


In addition to his basketball accomplishments, O'Neal is also a successful businessman and entertainer. He has starred in several films and television shows, and he has released four rap albums. O'Neal is also a popular sports analyst and has worked for TNT and ESPN.
